Orders placed and processed before 2:00pm EST are usually shipped same day . Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will be processed the next business day. We will always try our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Items not in stock will require 3-7 business days to receive and process. Special order items and custom orders may take longer. All shipments are F.O.B. origin point. Shipping method is determined by weight, dimensions and destination. Most orders ship Fedex or USPS , larger orders or heavier items will ship motor freight. If your order has been processed for shipping, or has shipped we can not cancel your order. If you refuse delivery your order will be subject to our return policy. You can request to use your own shipper, just select correct option at checkout and email email@example.com with information, please include invoice number. We are also able to receive your printable shipping labels if needed. If your items are on back-order you will receive an estimated date via email or through our website. If there is a credit card authorization issue your order will be put on hold, we will contact you by email or by phone for a correction, this process may delay your order. If Mailers Direct or the manufacturer is at fault, Mailers Direct will issue a return label and send a replacement or refund for your entire purchase price. If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. A RA# is required for a return. See link at bottom of our website - Return Center - to initiate the refund process. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition, and is subject to 15% restocking fee. Do not ship item without prior authorization or shipment will be refused . Mailers Direct inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns unless otherwise noted.
