When will my order ship?

We try to get orders shipped as soon as possible. If items are in stock and order is received by 2:00 pm your order will usually ship same day M-F. At times processing delays or high volume may result in orders being shipped next business day. Out out of stock items will ship as soon as items arrive at our warehouse.If in stock and out of stock items are on same order and out of stock items are due to arrive within 3 days we may hold entire order and ship together. Some items may also ship direct from manufacturer. If a certain timetable is required please contact or call or chat with us with your concerns. Once order is placed you can track your order status here.

What are your shipping policies?

Most orders ship FedEx or USPS , larger orders will ship truck freight. Please take a look at our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes you can. Our warehouse is located at 3106 West 61st Street Cleveland , OH 44102. At this time you must select a date and time for pick up , after you complete your order we will send you a email with link with available dates. Please note allow 1 business day to process in stock orders.

Whats your return policy?

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Debit Cards (when no pin is required), Check, Money Order, Bank Checks, Apple Pay, Google Pay and offer a 4 month payment plan through Sezzle

Do you offer distributor pricing?

We do not offer distributor pricing. However we do have quantity discount pricing on most items and can quote larger orders with discounted shipping.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Please view our order status page after an order is placed. Track your order.

Can I include a PO number with my order?

Yes you can. You can include it in the special instructions / comments section in the cart page . Please include any other special instructions or where this PO may need to be displayed like shipping label etc.

Can I use my own shipping company?

Yes you can. At checkout select "use my own shipper". You will be contacted after purchase asking for your shipper number. If using UPS it may result in 1 business day delay.

Can I have tax exempt purchases ?

Yes. Please contact for a tax exempt form. If order is placed and from is on file you will not be charged sales tax. For smother transactions it is suggested you complete a tax exempt form before purchase. We can remove tax on order only before order ships.  

How do I get removed from mailing / email list ?

Please contact and request to be removed.

How do I order samples?

Please see purchase options on the item your interested in. A sample option is available there. If the option is not shown then we do not have a sample available. We may be able to still get a sample, but it may take some time please contact for more information. Samples are $1.00 each and flat fee of $3.99 shipping or free shipping if purchased with another item.  

Do you offer terms?

We offer a 4 month payment plan on purchases of $75.00 and over through Sezzle. See option on checkout page

How do I use my coupon code or discount online?

Coupons and discounts can be entered on checkout page. Most of these can only be used online and we are unable to process through phone orders.

Do you ship outside of the US?

No , Sorry. Currently we are only shipping to US customers only. We hope to include Canada and Mexico in the near future.
